Our Services
The EYE Program, INC is a non-profit, 501c3 status, approved Supplemental Education Service (SES) Provider. We provide after-school tutoring for qualifying students that attend Title 1 Schools. Click on the "What is SES?" tab to your right for more info on Supplemental Education.
There is one main reason our program is unique and different from any other: Our Tutors - referred to as EYE Educators. Our EYE Educators are current students from Wake Forest University and the University of North Carolina - Greensboro. We believe strongly that having a mentor is imperative and instrumental for the growth of middle school students: both as students AND as young men & women. Our college students are passionate about reinvesting in the community and helping young people. Our middle school students will not only improve their Math and Reading - they will also make a new friend, a mentor and have a valuable person to look up to. We believe the mentoring relationship is paramount to the successes achieved through our program!
